The passing of Dick McTaggart MBE will leave a big hole in many lives. We got to know him and his family well through our club, and he is sorely missed. Love to Doreen, Amanda and all of his family. He never lost a fighting bout, he was robbed 24 times. 💜💛 #DickMcTaggart

Fun day at the races! As #Cheltenham Racing kicks off, we enjoyed some horsey-themed fun too. We raced horses in a competitive way though - of course- we looked after their well-being and made sure they were fed and rested 🤣 Thanks to Emma and Karen for feeding us too!

"My favourite kind of people are those who wave or say hello to #dogs. When I heard the Cycling Without Age trishaws were taking our members out, I got my dog's lead to join them. I've been off work ill for over a week, so it was lovely to see people," Julie and Ru 💜🐾🐾

We've been supporting two students from Ayrshire College with their Health & Social Care qualifications. Kadie's placement with us complete, we asked our members for some advice as she contemplates her working life. "Find a job you enjoy", was the resounding message 🥰 "Have fun".
