At today’s #EPSB Board meeting, we announced the renaming of Oliver School to wîhkwêntôwin School. wîhkwêntôwin is a Cree word that can be translated into English as ‘circle of friends’.

This means the school will share the same name as the central neighbourhood where it is located in #yeg . Thanks to the community league for leading the renaming process and consulting with students, staff and families. #abed #epsb
