Whirlwind week filling in on #TodayinLA. Big thanks to my pilots! #NewsChopper4 showed viewers the big picture as protesters and officers clashed at USC, helped drivers navigate around freeway wrecks, and made it to a short pursuit in time to document the tragic aftermath.

#TodayinLA broke into regular programming early this morning as officers cleared the encampment at USC. Aerials from #NewsChopper4 (the only news helicopter overhead) showed viewers how the police operation and cleanup effort unfolded across campus. No arrests were reported.
