Such an important message: If workers are overburdened by their workload, it's not their responsibility to get help, but the employer is responsible for their lowering the workload. It's a systemic and not individual issue that workers are burning out - particularly in academia!

In our recent paper, Ann Langley⁩, ⁦⁦Juliane Reinecke⁩ and I argue that a process-philosophical perspective is best suited for identifying, analyzing, and interpreting the interwoven processes of supply chains and their co-evolving environments. onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/js…
