Congratulations to Lena Rivard on the AHA Science presentation of the BRAIN-AF study results. Major observation is that cognitive decline occurs in many « low risk » AF patients. Unfortunately, Rivaroxaban 15 mg daily did not impact this risk in this double-dummy RCT.
