Today the Senate passed the Kids Online Safety & Privacy Act (a proposal that includes both COPPA 2.0 and the Kids Online Safety Act or "KOSA"). Rather than read the tea leaves on what the House might do, I want to step back and look at how KOSPA fits into the broader lanscape 🧵
