Another shift spent outside the hospital all night, no break, finishing late. 13 other crews here. Our patient has been on our ambulance for over 19 hours with no sign of a bed becoming available soon. Ours isn't even the longest wait. Things are utterly and completely broken

I love this job but also really really hate it at times. Been sat outside A&E with a patient that has a (quite clearly) # NOF for 6hrs now. Not even an x-ray done. Can’t help but feel like we’re completely failing people
