Hundreds of community members packed the room at last night’s meeting on the public health and safety issues in Davis Square and Seven Hills Park. Really important updates and stats were shared and neighbors shared their questions and comments with city staff and the Mayor.

Honored to have the support of my colleagues to be the City Council’s next President next year and excited to serve alongside our next VP Lance Davis ! The official vote happens in January but our caucus vote allows us both to get to work to prep for the new year. Onward!

We made history tonight at City of Somerville Midterm Ceremonies. It's the first time in our city's history that the Council President, School Committee Chair, and Mayor are all women! Honored to have been elected and sworn in as the new City Council President. Let’s get to work!
