Gentiva (formerly Kindred)Hospice used to care for Dad before he passed. I am forever grateful to all those nurses, aides and caseworkers that became part of Dads life and ours. Today was hard but a much needed step in our grieving process.🥹😔 I miss you so much Dad!❤️
