I'm so disappointed in the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency and GOV.UK in general. As a "foreign" citizen they require you to send in your passport to exchange your EU drivers license for a UK one. But that's the only form of ID I have. So no driving or no possibility of going home it is. #covidtimes
