I moved to Calderdale 5yrs ago. Walked into the Piece Hall that summer, & my jaw dropped at such a venue. But I kept hearing about the 'waste of money'. Originally a Londoner, I completely disagreed. Drop in the ocean. I could see this payback coming. Very proud.
