It was a BIG weekend for our new campus, Uptown Church! From collecting food for families in West Dallas on Saturday to serving our neighbors Sunday at Church at the Square, we are so grateful for the way God is using the people of Uptown Church to love and care for our city!

I used to think that being a Christian was about preaching the right things, believing the right things, and performing the right ways. I’ve come to see that being a Christian is more about imagining a world more loving, more just, and more equal than the one we’re offered.

2 years ago, Max was born! ⠀ ⠀ 2 years ago, on the same day, Covid-19 became a global pandemic. ⠀ ⠀ Every day for the past 2 years this miracle baby boy has reminded me that light and life are always breaking into the world, no matter how dark it seems.⠀ ⠀ HBD, Max Man! ❤️
