Think I've found the best weight loss supplement. Funny thing is...people don't see it as this. It's coffee. Nothing satiates my hunger and pumps me up like this. Think I'm having a decent amount of it...definitely not on Oscar level.

My biggest hack towards staying consistent in the gym isn't even a hack. Over 50% of the times I don't feel like going. Thing is...I hate the feeling of not going to the gym. It makes me feel worthless. Because I know I can be better. Don't you feel the same way?

The biggest sign of weakness is skipping the gym. The 2nd biggest? Not giving your maximum effort during the gym. How do you expect to build muscle leave 10 reps in reserve. It's like wanting to have 'f*ck you' money but playing video games all day. Doesn't make sense.

Don't change your workout routine every week. It's not optimal for strength or muscle gain. It's like switching business modules every week. How do you expect to get rich by not focusing on one at a time.

There's no exercise to lose belly fat... Don't care about your 10 minute ab workouts. It's not possible. Bodyfat is lose through weight loss. How do we achieve this? Get in a Calorie Deficit and add Cardio. Can't get simpler than this.

Compound Exercises aren't that great, They fail to isolate the muscle. Look at like this this. You have a business problem How do you solve it? Focusing on 1 problem and completely fixing it? or focusing on 4 problems at the same and barely fixing it? The answer's obvious.

Are you lifting the right amount of weight? Probably not. If your workouts feel too light...like you could go for ages. You are lifting too light. The point of exercise is to train hard and short. Not rep out the same light weight for hours.

I've never been injured during my 5 years of exercising. Why? I'm smart with what I do: - I take my rest days seriously - I don't lift weights far past my limit - I don't go insanely heavy without a spotter People only get injured when their egos take control. Don't be them.

March was insane for fitness. So far… • Ran over 36 miles (I’ve barely ran before) • Hit my first 10K, hit one again yesterday. • Coached 2 friends of mine on building muscle. Be happy but always know you can do better. Turn good…to unremarkable.

Taking a 1 Week X Break. My YT has been gaining traction. I’ve been debating 2 paths. Sticking to 80% YT/20% X or 50% YT/50% X. It’s been a decision on my mind for a couple days. I’ve attached myself to X and everyone here. But at the same time I’m seeing better results

I've cut my Workout Length by 50% in 5 Months. Some would lose muscle doing this. But me? I got in better shape than before. All it took were 2 Small Additions (Easily Doable) --
