Still going on. Josh was sent away from Cornwall to Birmingham in 2012 aged 12. He returned 3 years later ages 15. Only after media & public pressure. Promises were made 8 years ago & yet more & more are still awaiting those promises to be carried out. Phill Wills Josh's Dad.
