Content consumption is a battle/balance between 3 types of taste:
-Aspirational: What you wish you liked, to improve. Procrastinated. Needs high willpower
-Interest: Niches/styles you actually care about.
-Impulse: What you're tempted by. Trashy clickbait. Exploits low willpower
