There’s no substitute for good planning. But planning alone without execution leads to disaster. We need to lay the foundations that’ll be needed to achieve our lofty goals. How will we attain our goals without electricity, roads, railways, water, functioning universities,

If this is the cause, so much for weather dependent renewables! It’s always recommended to have a good generation mix & provide a fail safe possibility. This case speaks for itself loudly.

Very sad I’ve lost a friend, Eng Max Dhliwayo, who passed on this afternoon in London. Max was the first black Chief engineer of NRZ, & was part of the management team headed by Eng Alvord Mabhena. He was such an amazing person & entrepreneur. My prayers are with Joyce, the

Notwithstanding my ZAPU/ZIPRA background, this was my man. He was very clear about the struggle & its goals & could put it all in very simple language that everybody could understand.
