Teaching my girl child how to be an African woman , because at the end of the day , society will judge her by her ability to make a home but not necessarily the level of education she attained or positions she holds.

Empathy is the heart of healthcare, especially in women’s health. Every woman deserves to be heard, understood, and supported. Health workers should embrace it ensuring every woman feels valued, respected, and empowered to their health journey. #EmpathyInHealthcare #WomensHealth
At the foundation,I usually tell women & girls to embrace Female condoms as a way to have control over their sexual health, from protection against STIs to taking charge of contraception.

Attending our son’s school sports day and appreciating how parenting is such a task . It requires time , commitment and emotional input to nurture children.

During labor and childbirth, it’s essential to treat every woman with kindness and respect. No woman should ever feel mistreated during such a vulnerable time,every midwife should create an environment where all pregnant women feel safe and supported.
