My goal has been achieved! Tonight I became a State Champion- the 500m Maryland champ! Also, came 2nd in the 300m and led two relays to silver medals. Proud of my 4 hard fought medals. What a day! Thank you, God! I’m happy tonight and grateful for family, teammates and coaches.

Yesterday I started my final HS outdoor season with a tuneup 400 at the Park Invite. I’m really happy with my relay split of 48 flat running the anchor leg. Relay 🥈 and 400 Open 🥉. My leg feels good and I’m ready to reach my goals. #finalseason #tuneup #faster

We had Senior Night this week. A good way to thank coaches, teammates and my family. Also received my proclamation from the BOE for my state title in the 500m. And celebrate the girls team too! Soon, I’ll be competing for George Mason TF/XC and I can’t wait!
