ICYMI: After a somewhat cryptic hearing, Judge Nichols has agreed to let Special Forces veteran Jeffrey McKellop once again get rid of his lawyer a month out from trial. New trial date unknown.

A new Jan. 6 case was unsealed today against Jack Chambers, of Ohio. He's accused of unlawfully entering the U.S. Capitol through the Senate Parliamentarian Doors. Chambers faces the standard four misdemeanors.
