Dear Matt Hancock may we have an amended SI which has been proofread and does not accidentally mandate the closure of every pub, cafe, restaurant etc in the north east? I presume the second Part 1 should read Part 2 but that is not what the legislation says.

Hi Matt Hancock me again. You need to look at the amendments too because you have issues there. Regulation 14(6) refers to Regulation 10(9) of the Birmingham Regs when it should refer to 9(9). I suspect the reference has been cut and paste from above.
