When you're sprinkling a buncha seasoning onto something, do you put your other hand under it so you can kinda feel how much is coming out?

My discomfort with flying has nothing to do with heights or fear of crashing, have never felt that stuff. It's more like claustrophobia mixed with giving up control, and having no way to escape. It's that I cannot get up and leave whenever I want, and that kinda freaks me tf out.

The only human I ever felt fully at ease riding as their passenger was my dad. And he drove wildd aff. 🤷‍♂️
