We retrospectively analyzed & digitized RV pressure tracings from 42 CMS and 21 LIS pts before and after LVAD implant. Using single beat methodology, & automated software from the great Rebecca Vanderpool, PhD, we derived load-independent RV contractility (Ees), Ea and RV-PA couling (Ees/Ea)
