Having a very late dinner after a good massage. Ofcourse the song has to remind me of him yet again.

The scent that I have been saving up for when I know I am going to meet him. Funny how I brought this bottle along to India but never get to use it there. Would this bottle ever get to be used again? Only heaven knows.

Finally had the time to come back and practice. With all the stress my body has been thru yoga has made it resilient, brain can focus even in the midst of so many thousand thoughts. It trained my will to stay strong in times of trials.

There are days like this when you feel extra lonely for no reason at all, your patience is challenged. It feels like life is a little bit of a pressure cooker. But then I had to remind myself, diamonds shine with pressure. This pressure can be an opportunity for growth.

My fascination for scents continues. This summer of 2024 scent is an oldie developed on, generally a fresh and light scent of fresh citrus, sugar and lily. I usually am nostalgic with scents I use. It always brings me back in time and experiences. What's your favorite scent?

On my toughest days when I feel uninspired, demotivated and tired. I quiet my mind, breathe, relax and tell myself this too shall pass. If I was inspired before, yes I can be inspired again. Good morning!

Oiling my joints like a machine to lessen the pain especially when I practice 3 to 4 times in a day. The routine definitely changes when you became a yoga teacher. You welcome dark knees, dry feet, bruises here and there. All part of the career hazards.
