Over the past week since Hurricane Laura devastated Lake Charles & the surrounding communities, Southern Baptists have been serving through Send Relief with LA Disaster Relief by meeting needs, praying with those affected, cleaning up, & sharing the hope of the gospel.

Volunteers from NOBA churches all over the city gathered to take part in the Send Relief #DayofService We are so thankful to all the people who came out and to Friendship House for hosting. The Lord continues to work in our city as needs are met and lives are changed!

We’re encouraged to see how churches participated in a #DayOfService, sponsored by Send Relief earlier this month! Volunteers from NOBA churches all over Send New Orleans/SN Church Planting Center gathered to pack 300 backpacks with essentials to help Friendship House keep the mission moving forward!
