Just learned we named our VOYCE machine Viv on 3B1. Used her to facilitate a number of patient encounters today (makes sense given the multicultural population we serve McMaster Children's Hospital McMaster University Department of Pediatrics ). Language concordance is not only nice it’s life saving ❤️🩹
