Anaesthetic wore off and the bass is back!

Had some minor ear surgery today. First of all I have lost all bass frequencies. Bass is literally gone completely. Just an invisible space.
Second I just scratched my ear and then absently sucked my finger. Now my tongue is numb from anaesthetic cream.

After all this time I find I prefer Batman Year One to The Dark Knight Returns, especially the writing but including the art.
