Cohen’s text and calls to Schiller on 10/24/16 as evidence of Cohen lying doesn’t work. The transcript shows Cohen had several calls (e.g. 10/26/16) with Trump about paying Stormy. Appears DANY failed to refresh Cohen on Schiller’s text or date confusion. nytimes.com/live/2024/05/1…
