Jeff, if long-term interest rates were only going up in the US, you might be able to attributed to Trump. But they are going up everywhere, and I think that is a response to countries everywhere running large deficits, which have now begun to spiral out of control.

Not only have I been to all those cities, I’ve been to all 50 states and most of the Canadian provinces. 65+ countries. Multiple millions of miles on airlines. The USA is a beautiful country and Americans should get out more and explore.
