Oh no! What a loss for sports journalism in Louisiana. Great man who helped me often with high school sports info. He loved reporting and covering young athletes. RIP Ed and prayers for his family and colleagues. 🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿

Every high school stadium in Louisiana should have its lights turned on Friday night as a tribute to Ed Daniels. What a legend. Friday nights won’t be the same. Rest In Peace to one of the best in the business……
