Walmart is still alive and kicking. Solid month just shy of my $60k goal and was able to push my AOV to just over $70 90% RA, 10% toys, and only about 25% from gated brands and about 50% seller fulfilled. Find your own path.

Last year I went back to work to help a friend and missed the Q4 madness. This year has been all gas and no brakes. Trying to set some personal records in 2026. Hope everyone is crushing it.

Have had a blast in Q4. Really has reignited the fire. Taking the next week off, but then hoping to carry over the momentum into 2026.

Just finished up a 13 day RA sourcing Road trip. A little over 5,000 miles, 1400 units and $40k spent. Glad to be home, excited for the next trip tho.

From no snow to 10 inches in less than 16 hours. Pretty wild. Going to test the roads before officially committing to the day, lol

Sourcing for the last few days in sub freezing temps has definitely been an eye opening experience. A couple more days left in this road trip then a little 4 day mini vacation
