I recently met with the Marine Conservation Society in Parliament, a fantastic charity who are focused on cleaning up our oceans. We spoke about draft legislation for a deposit return system that would encourage more people to recycle and further create a circular economy.

Yesterday in Parliament, I asked the Rt Hon Pat McFadden MP to outline how this government's plan to boost police numbers and tackle crime will benefit our rural communities and towns. It is vital that people here see a change on our streets and feel safe in this constituency.
