Croque Madame - delicious, cheesy, eggy perfection!

Gruyere is a must. A classic melting cheese. Leave the American cheese slice. Mix gruyere, vintage cheddar and if you want to add a blue to mix things up then a creamy Stichelton would be heaven. I would also add a sweet onion chutney to the mix.

34C so thought I'd make the girls trek up Petrin Hill. Now to find some cheese....
