Close to the finish line, wait until the floor protection gets removed, it’s going to look amazing.

Track installation, thermostats and sensor being mounted, IT room has security and internet being connected, 12 workers on this floor alone.

A steel sub I frequently use is looking to hire an APM and a PM, their office is in Brooklyn, if interested DM for details.

Masonite removed, compound, painting, a door was eliminated so we’re reframing the side of elevator wall and closing in where the temp sprinkler main was. Glass door frames being installed, and trimming out the bottom of the walls, this floor is close.
