The quality of political rhetoric in America is at an all time low. No brilliance. No insight. No inspiration. Hours and hours of droning, boring argumentation from dull politicians. Where have all the greats gone?

Dear Phivolcs, your earthquake updates ( info on a quake that just took place) on twitter are useless to ordinary folk. Use people talk. What can we expect next? Are we headed towards a worsening or an easing of matters? Don’t let your computer do the talking! Be human.

Phivolcs doing the country a great service. Patiently. Professionally. With even better comms techniques, they would be even more effective. More power,Phivolcs. We need you.

It has been nearly eight days since Taal. There have been very few bulletins and updates from PLDT telephone and internet services in affected areas. It is as if these services are not crucial. Updates, please.

The best way to help at this time is TO ACT LIKE YOU ARE AFRAID TO SPREAD THE VIRUS. This way, you will practice social distancing and steer clear of vulnerable people. Wash and disinfect as always.

I could be wrong but it seems to me that the police checkpoints may be an inadvertent way for policemen to spread the virus. Il-equipped and ill-trained,they could easily pass on the very virus they are guarding against. Somebody do something!

We pray for the continued strength, safety and perseverance our heroes - the doctors, nurses and medical frontliners of the Philippines. May God bless you always.
