Greg Gard and two assistants were on a plane about to take off from Madison for O'Hare to start a trip to California to visit Angel when Ben Carlson called and committed for the last scholarship in 2020 class. Gard and Co. arrived in Chicago, rented vehicle, returned to Madison.
