Larry Hopkins was one of a kind. With a keen wit & sense of humor, he earned & kept the trust of Central Kentuckians, and never let us down. Larry was able to bring often opposing parties together to get things done here at home & in Washington…a task almost unimaginable today.

The damage and the human loss from the overnight storms is truly heartbreaking. We are on the ground and responding with all available resources. Our prayers and thoughts are with all those affected by this tragedy.
