I had the honor of speaking at Clark Dietrich’s event in Lexington, KY this week, where we talked about the Path to the Podium and setting the pace to win! It was so much fun to see the team put on the USA jerseys, representing coming together as one team with a shared dream.

Introducing the newest addition to our family, our grandson, James, born on the 15th at 5:41, weighing 7lbs 1 ounce and stretching out to 21 inches long. Congratulations to my son JD and daughter-in-law Janelle! We are overjoyed to welcome this little one into our family♥️

An inspiring & fun time with my friends at W.L.Gore! Today we recorded an interview about the SAAVE act, encouraging AAA awareness. I lost my father to this disease. Awareness and prevention are critical to keep our loved ones healthy. I can’t wait to share the interview!
