Staggering data on Staff Wellbeing presented at #SOA21 : ~50% of ICU nurse respondents have probable PTSD. ~15% of ICU staff reported suicidal ideation. Younger, females, & nurses reported the highest rates. I knew it was a problem, but this helps show it's a massive problem.
