It is with great joy that we announce this $1.45B conditional commitment to Qcells. One of my first jobs was at the bp Solar facility in Frederick, MD. Solarex invented the modern solar panel and the US allowed #solar manufacturing to move overseas. Today we change that.

Over the past few years I have met several folks building modular homes. Some are wired with #solar and #batteries in the factory. My sense is that well insulated low cost modular homes will bring innovation and productivity to multi-family construction.

PJM will need to approve almost everything in its generation queue (#solar, #wind, #batteries) to be able to keep up with load growth by 2035. The capacity market will be short such that behind-the-meter DERs and #VirtualPowerPlants will have a strong price signal. #FERC2222
