I've been an advocate for getting kids back in the classroom, and new CDC guidance is a step in the right direction to fully reopen schools.   While districts may choose to have stricter protocols, Nassau DOH advises that schools may follow updated CDC guidance for distancing.

governor.ny.gov/sites/default/… Updated guidance from NYSDOH now recommends 6’ distance for singing & playing wind instruments! Hopefully this can salvage many of our music programs!!!
