Reflecting on this - pretty stark that the 'Affordable Housing Supply Programme' grant can only cover ~33% of the city's affordable home pipeline.

There simply needs to be a fairer SG funding settlement for Edinburgh but plenty for CEC to improve now. Thx ETF for your time.
