Our beautiful white tea is mingling of small brown and green leaves and baby shoots that show flashes of delicate silvery buds. Its liquor is the perfect balance between sweet, fruity and floral notes. It delivers honey and apricot aromas with some hints of lilies.

One of our tea fields overlooks the awesome Mont Orgueil Castle, a Jersey medieval heritage. This tea field is one of the most difficult to control despite its privileged geographical position. It is exposed to winds which regularly stress the plant.
