It's pretty clear from Munich that Secretary Marco Rubio has presidential aspirations, but the idea that Europeans would like him more than Governor Gavin Newsom is absurd, as is the idea that US voters would prefer him, given how unpopular Trump is & how much Rubio sucks up to him.

Good to see Governor Gavin Newsom with David Lammy - it must be such a pleasure for govt. ministers to deal with an American politician who's got all his marbles, and is honourable, decent, full of life, courageous and has a great sense of humour.
