Listen to this song, try to understand those in your life with anxiety and fear. Be patient with them. Remind them you care.

And above all else, don’t make assumptions that Because you’re “just a friend” your impact isn’t substantial. That you don’t matter as much as a boyfriend or girlfriend to someone.
