The Bucs DO see Tykee Smith as a nickel…confirmed that with some folks in the building, in case there was confusion since he can play safety too. But he can compete right away at nickel and really bolster their takeaway production there.

With their second third-round pick, the Bucs select Washington wide receiver Jalen McMillan. True slot receiver is something the Bucs have needed, even with Chris Godwin moving back inside this year. Love the pick.

Bucs select Chris Braswell at No. 57. Bucs get their edge rusher. Very much wonder if it would have been Marshawn Kneeland had Dallas not selected him. Only had two starts at Alabama but mustered 8.0 sacks last year and his three forced fumbles were tied for most in the SEC.
