Interviewing pro athletes is cool, but these are the stories I love to tell the most. A family built a three-hole golf course next to their apartment complex to have fun and pass the time during the coronavirus outbreak. I present to you: The Hoop Loop. golfweek.usatoday.com/2020/03/17/cor…

What are most golf courses doing for their cups? We've raised them 1" above the surface but on day 1 we are already getting complaints. I've heard of issues w/ the cup upside down & foam - golfers still touching flagsticks or cup. Thoughts?

Thanks to all who responded to my query re: what to do with the cups. Lots of great ideas. We ended up turning our cup upside down about a 1/2" below the surface. Had a way better response and will probably stick with that...low cost! Thanks again 🤘👍🙂

Does anyone have a solution for sticky cups on greens? We have a few holes that make it next to impossible to pull out the cups when changing pins which results in us having to dig them out. We've also bent our cup pullers doing so...thanks in advance!

Golfers don't see many of the things that go into the playing conditions. I'm sure we could add about 100 more things to this Golf Superintendent Iceberg.
