In 2019, officers attempted to stop Byron Williams for riding a bicycle without a light. Byron was handcuffed, prone on his stomach, and uttered “I can’t breathe” 24 TIMES. Byron Williams is dead for riding a BICYCLE WHILE BLACK. How many more must die before we take ACTION?!
