In Maricopa County alone, there are almost 10,000 active “federal only” voters and ~12,000 inactive (total ~22,000).

Of those, ~5,000 are on the early voting list and receive a ballot by mail.

Arizona v. ITCA held that states must “accept and use” the NVRA Federal Form, that only requires a voter to check a box claiming citizenship.

Every state must accept & use the Federal Form.

Arizona is the only state that differentiates “fed only” voters.
