Prep under way for our festival of wellbeing roadshow event at Murley Moss, Kendal. Excited for Dr Cath Munro’s seminar on women’s health, stress and menopause at 1pm. LSCFT staff can pop down for treats, wellbeing information and support from 12-1 then the seminar is 1-2.
