Great lesson in fellowship. Went in for a drain check and pull, after removal, pulsatile bleeding out the track. Couldn't get a kumpe and glide back in so put a balloon in the track, typed and crossed pt and put blood on hold, and flipped pt for angiogram and gelfoam embo #IRad
